Agile go to market strategy

In a tough economic environment, consumers have the tendency to spend less and less on products. In challenging times like this, our customers react by adjusting their buying plans close to market.

With a shortened lead time, we step in and help our clients re-assort their plans for production. We start by approaching our vendors to hold onto committed yarns and fabrics for the customers. In preparation for the new season, we conduct a quick test of designs in small batches to market in-store. For the high-performing designs that sell out, we follow up with a replenishment of these products, utilizing the already committed materials from our vendors.

In an environment, where market trends are ever-changing, we are able to act quickly and efficiently, supporting our clients in rolling out their next best-seller.
